Studied Food Science at Wageningen University, worked at various positions in the quality and regulatory field at ADM Cocoa and at Olam Cocoa. Currently holds the position of Head of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Cocoa within olam food ingredients. Is active in various roles in industry working groups namely: Chair of Technical Working Group Mineral Oil Hydrocarbons (cross sectoral working group including the jute and cocoa sector) Co-Chair ICCO Expert Working Group on Food Safety And contaminants and pesticides working group (ECA/Caobisco)
