David Rose – Master of Ceremony

David Rose has over 25 years’ experience in providing tailored communication services for governments, the corporate sector, advocacy associations, EU and international institutions, and NGOs. As a moderator, Mr. Rose regularly leads international-level conferences and debates across a wide range of topics, including climate, environment, industrial, health, social and digital policy.

In parallel, Mr. Rose also regularly chairs EU-level working groups and stakeholder dialogues. He advises organisations on internal and external communications and events, as well as providing tailor-made executive training on public speaking, presentations, facilitation, moderation and negotiation.

He was Master of Ceremony for the previous ECA Forums in Dubrovnik (2016), Lisbon (2019) and Rome (2022).
