Chris Beetge – Regional Head Europe and Global Head Cocoa Operations

Chris is the Regional Head Europe and Global Head Cocoa Operations at ofi (Olam Food Ingredients), with over twenty years’ experience within the cocoa & chocolate industry. He joined Olam in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer Cocoa, following the business’ acquisition of Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), where he was General Manager, Cocoa & Chocolate. Chris leads cocoa operations with responsibility for ofi’s global footprint of cocoa assets, including manufacturing, supply chain and quality & food safety. 

Passionately committed to furthering his own and colleagues’ knowledge, Chris recently completed the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania programme on Digital Transformation, collaborating with colleagues to establish inclusion, diversity, and equity councils, and is currently championing colleague participation in the LEAD Network Europe, which focuses on advancing women in the consumer goods and retail industry.
