Renske Aarnoudse is Cocoa Programme Director at IDH, overseeing the cocoa program implemented in Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Cameroon and Europe. Through convening and co-creation IDH works with a wide range of cocoa sector stakeholders to drive systems change on living income, environment and gender.

Renske is a dedicated professional in agricultural development, motivated to create alliances for scalable solutions for today’s challenges in international value chains. Renske has worked in cocoa in West-Africa and Europe, diving into the complex dynamics around environment, farmer livelihoods and trade practices. Renske holds an MSc in Sustainable Development in Agriculture.
