Membership

The association is composed of 20 effective members, 1 associate member, 8 contributing members and 2 honorary members.

Effective ('core') members are

• European-based
• directly involved in the cocoa bean trade and/or processing and/or the production of industrial chocolate, in the warehousing and related logistical activities

Associate members are

• Non-European companies directly involved in the cocoa bean trade and/or processing and/or the production of industrial chocolate, in the warehousing and related logistical activities; or
• Sister or subsidiary companies to an Effective member, which together form part of a common legal structure.

Contributor members are

• Service sector companies, as well as associations and individuals directly or indirectly connected with the cocoa chain.

Honorary members are

• Companies, associations or individuals approached by the Board.
